-Conditional sentences( şart cümleleri) geçmiş, gelecek ve mevcut koşullar ve bu koşulların sonuçlarından bahsetmek için kullanılır.
- Bu yüzden bir şart cümlesi iki ayrı bölümden oluşur: If clause ve result clause’dan
- Eğer bir IF Clause sonuç cümlesinden önce kullanılırsa (,) ile ayrılır. Örenek (a).
- Fakat, sonuç cümlesi If clause’dan.önce kullanılırsa (,) kullanlılmaz.Örnek (b)
a) If I have time, I watch TV every evening.
b) If I have time, I will watch TV this evening.
c) If I had time, I would watch TV now.
d) If had had time, I would have watched TV yesterday evening.
