We use this passive construction when we arrange for somebody else (usually a professional) to do a job for us. To form it, we use the correct tense of the verb have, an object and a Past Participle.
Every week we have the grass cut.
(A gardener does it for us.)
I‘m having the carpests cleaned this morning.
(A specialist is doing it for me.)
